Jake is #58
Snoop Dog

Jake had the opportunity to try out for a football team that would play against Snoop Dog's team the day before the Super Bowl. It was called the Snoop Bowl. The team was sponsored by Matt Leinart, the QB for the AZ Cardinals. He had a blast. He was able to meet Snoop and Leinart.

How cute is that!!! I can't believe he is old enough to be baptized. Time flies by so fast. Only one more to go....Ellie!!!

We tried to ralley the rest of the family, but couldn't find them for this picture.

Newly Baptized Blogger

I have recently been converted and baptized to the blogging world, thanks to Lizzy!!! We've posted a few things to get caught up and will continue to make several more posts. Add me to your links. Check us out often. We can no longer be accused of being "Ghosts" . We are here and very much alive.

Utah trip

We had such a great Christmas this year. The kids got ski stuff. Abbie and Zach got snowboards from Santa and they were so excited to try them out. We had my mom here for the holidays and it so fun to have her here for Christmas morning. The kids had so much fun with her here. Christmas day, we left and drove up to Utah. We had an awesome time sledding and four wheeling with my family. This was the first time in a long time that we saw so much snow up there. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome and did so much for us. Thank you to everyone for the fabulous gifts too.

Zach and Jake just before ski school
Abbie is the one looking down. She refused to be photographed in her ski stuff. Here is Abbie. She did come on the trip with us.
Ellie is in the green jacket. We put her in ski school with the rest of the kids. She had so much fun.
Seth is the shortest wearing all black. He rode the conveyor belt all day by himself.
Covington cousins. Paige, Ellie, Jenna, Tyson, and Sam
More of them... Austin, Zach, A.J., Jake, Seth, and Parker
The three princess'. Abbie, Shaylee, and, Emily. They had so much fun together.

This was truly the highlight of our trip when Tom got to sit on Santa's lap. He just LOVES to be the center of attention.

Football Nationals in Orlando, Florida

As many of you know, Zach and Brockton's football team, The Blitz, won state and regionals to head to Orlando, Florida for a 10 day trip. They missed 6 days of school and had a bunch of make up work in order to go. Zach even received a truancy letter in the mail from his school. Ha-Ha! Us mom's went for the first 5 days and the dads went for the last 5. What a blast we all had. The boys were practically forced to go to The Magic Kingdom all day. Boo-Hoo!! After winning their first two games, they made it to the national championship game. They played hard and won 2nd place in the nation. Way to go guys!!

Zach and Brock after winning State

Brock, Zach, and Trye Hatch at the airport waiting to go
On the shuttle excited to spend ALL day walking around
First stop, The Animal Kingdom
We had to take advantage of this shot!
We went to MGM and watched a car stunt show. It was awesome.
We finally had to take a picture with the cell phones.

Melanie, Trye, Zach, me, Corie, and Brock in front of the castle
After a long day at 3 parks. The boys were finally done. They were ready to leave around 12:00 noon. We made them stay until mid-night to see tinker-bell fly out of the castle. They were exhausted!!!
This is after they played their first game against a team from New Jersey. They won 6-0.
